By accessing or using the SitterUs platform ("Service"), operated by Tyga.Cloud Ltd (company number 14643275, registered in England and Wales), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). SitterUs is a division of Tyga.Cloud Ltd. If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.
These Terms apply to all users, including families seeking caregivers, sitters/nannies providing services, and any person granted access to a SitterUs account.
SitterUs is a marketplace platform that connects families with babysitters, nannies, pet sitters, and elderly caregivers. Features include, but are not limited to:
We may add, modify, or discontinue features at any time with reasonable notice.
To use SitterUs you must create an account with accurate, current information. You may register as a family (customer) or as a sitter/caregiver (nanny). You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
You must notify us immediately at dpo@tyga.cloud if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
SitterUs is free for both families and sitters. There are no subscription fees, no platform fees for families, and no commission taken from sitter earnings.
Payments between families and sitters are processed securely through Stripe Connect. Sitters receive payments directly to their connected Stripe account. SitterUs does not hold, process, or take any portion of these payments.
All fees are exclusive of VAT and applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

SitterUs is a marketplace platform and does not employ sitters. Sitters are independent service providers and are solely responsible for the services they provide.

All content, design, code, trademarks, and intellectual property associated with SitterUs are owned by Tyga.Cloud Ltd or its licensors. You retain ownership of the data you upload to the Service. By using SitterUs, you grant us a limited licence to process your data solely for the purpose of providing the Service.
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal data. By using SitterUs, you consent to our data practices as described therein.
SitterUs integrates with third-party services to provide functionality. These include:
Your use of these integrations is subject to the respective third party's own terms and privacy policies. Tyga.Cloud Ltd is not responsible for the practices or availability of third-party services.
SitterUs is a marketplace that facilitates connections between families and caregivers. We do not employ, endorse, or guarantee any sitter or caregiver on the platform. Tyga.Cloud Ltd is not responsible for:
Families are responsible for conducting their own due diligence, including verifying references and qualifications, before engaging a sitter.
We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance where practicable. We shall not be liable for any downtime, data loss, or service disruption caused by factors beyond our reasonable control.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tyga.Cloud Ltd's total aggregate liability to you for any claims arising out of or relating to the Service shall not exceed the total fees you have paid to us in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Tyga.Cloud Ltd, its directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Service or breach of these Terms.
You may delete your account at any time through the application settings. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms, engage in harmful behaviour towards other users, or if we are required to do so by law.
Upon termination, you may request an export of your data within 30 days. After this period, we may delete your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified via email or in-app notification at least 30 days before taking effect. Your continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
