Information you provide:

• Profile information (qualifications, experience, certifications, bio — for sitters)
• Dependent information (children's names, ages, special needs; pet details — for families)
• Service request details (dates, times, location, special instructions)
• Payment information (processed securely via Stripe Connect)
• Reviews, ratings, and feedback
• Communications with our support team

Information collected automatically:

• IP address and approximate location
• Browser type, device type, and operating system
• Pages visited, features used, and session duration

3. How We Use Information

We use your personal data to:

We do not sell your personal data. We may disclose data if required by law, court order, or to protect the rights and safety of Tyga.Cloud Ltd and its users.

Sharing between users: When a family books a sitter, limited profile information is shared between the parties (name, profile photo, ratings, and contact details) to facilitate the service. Dependent details (children, pets) are shared with the booked sitter for the purpose of providing care.

6. International Transfers

Some of our service providers are based outside the United Kingdom and European Economic Area (EEA). Where personal data is transferred internationally, we ensure appropriate safeguards are in place, including Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) approved by the UK Information Commissioner's Office.

7. Data Retention

We retain your personal data for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the Service. When you terminate your account:

• You may request a data export within 30 days of termination
• Account data is deleted within 90 days of termination
• Payment and transaction records may be retained for up to 7 years to comply with tax and accounting regulations
• Reviews and ratings may be anonymised and retained to maintain platform integrity
• Anonymised and aggregated data may be retained indefinitely for analytics

8. Your Rights (GDPR)

If you are located in the UK or EEA, you have the following rights under the General Data Protection Regulation:

• Right of access — request a copy of the personal data we hold about you
• Right to rectification — request correction of inaccurate data
• Right to erasure — request deletion of your personal data ("right to be forgotten")

SitterUs accounts are not intended for use by anyone under the age of 16. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children for account registration. Families may provide information about their children (names, ages, special needs) solely for the purpose of arranging caregiving services. This data is stored securely and shared only with booked sitters.

11. Security Measures

We implement appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your personal data, including:

• Encryption of data in transit (TLS/SSL) and at rest
• Regular security assessments and vulnerability scanning
• Access controls and authentication mechanisms (including two-factor authentication)
• Regular backups and disaster recovery procedures
• Employee training on data protection
